2007-04-28 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The entire organ is installed in a single chamber on the front wall to the left of center. The entirely non-speaking facade contains 23 gold-painted pipes. There are no independent Pedal registers. The Pedal 16' Bourdon is an extension of the Swell 8' Stopped Diapason. The bottom octave of the Great 8' Open Diapason is of open wood with 1-4 offset between the diatonic halves of the Bourdon extension pipes. The Swell tenor C 8' Oboe is reedless, but Dolcan shaped - being wider at the top than at the languid (unlike Estey reedless Oboes which are cylindrical, bearded strings with a narrowing tapered top like a Spill Flute). An unknown individual added a new E-P chest and 30 used pipes as a Pedal 4' Choral Bass at an unknown time. Electric key contacts were added to the existing pedalboard. This increased the size of the organ to 8 voices, 9 speaking stops, 8 ranks, and 457 pipes. Source: Extant organ, June 29, 1994 and subsequent visits. -Database Manager
