2007-06-13 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This is a new organ containing some recycled pipes and parts. The main manual chests are new. The existing chambers were cleaned, repainted, and fitted with fluorescent lighting. The Great and Pedal are in the left chamber. The Swell in in the right chamber. The console is a used, Everett Orgatron console, formerly in use at First Presbyterian in Moscow, Idaho, where it controlled a 1909 T-P Möller electrified by Balcom and Vaughan in 1940. The organ was dedicated in worship on Sunday, October 17, 1999; and in recital later that afternoon with guest recitalist Janet Satre Ahrend from Spokane. The new instrument cost $139,375.00. -Database Manager
