Notes

2008-01-30 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This is believed to be an original home for this organ. It was originally installed in the old edifice adjacent to the present facility. The console has a folding lid to uncover the manuals and stops. The pipes are in a chamber on the front, left side. Two possible opus number were found in the organ: 3093 and 3141. This is likely a "Petite Ensemble" stock model organ. The three ranks are: Open Diapason, Gedeckt, and Dulciana. Documented: January 27, 1999. -Database Manager

NOTES
The organ was believed to have been originally built for the church's original 1880's building.
But no entry exists for any location in Yakima, Washington in the Kilgen ledgers.

In 1977, the new [present] edifice was completed and the organ was moved into the new building.
It has been placed in a chamber on the front, left, angled wall. The console sits on the front
platform on the right side under the angled wall opposite the pipe chamber.

The exact opus number is uncertain. Inside the console, the number 3093 was found stamped into
the wood. In the pipe chamber, atop the junction board is written by hand in pencil 3141 Organ
PE. The number 65 is also stamped into many of the wooden console parts and the chamber pipes,
although this is not the opus number.
