2009-04-03 - Updated through information from Kenneth Potter: -- [My] Moller is a strange situation. The console says Opus 7794, 1948. The pipe case says Opus 7798, 1948. ... I don't know if the console and pipe cases got mixed up in the factory and got paired wrong or something. I wouldn't mind knowing which is accurate. I have a feeling there may be a similar Artiste with an Opus 7798 Console and an Opus 7794 Pipecase. Also the style of the nameplates are completely different. The console plate is sort of lighter wood grain than the pipe case plate, and looks like it might have been a repro job with the etched M.P. Moller script looking like it was done with one of those engraving pens. The pipe case plate looks totally factory made. -Database Manager
