It is an electro-pneumatic pitman type wind chest organ with a Kinetic blower. The organ’s original cost was $22,233; replacement value today is estimated to be on the order of $250,000. Through continuing care and proper maintenance our 64 year old organ is in very good condition. The Moller company went out of business late last century; however, notable Moller organs are still in service in the US Military Academy Chapel, West Point NY (4 manuals, 380 ranks, 23,236 pipes) and Calvary Church, Charlotte NC (5 manuals, 250 ranks, 11,499 pipes). These two organs are listed as being in the top twenty largest pipe organs in the world. -Database Manager
