Notes

2008-08-05 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was originally built for the Olympic/Woodland Theatre in Seattle in 1925. It is recorded as having been a 2/7 as originally built. It was relocated to the Trianon Ballroom in 1931 by Balcom and Vaughan, and reinstalled as a 2/5: Trumpet (73p), Tibia Clausa (73p), Violin (73p), Vox Humana (73p), and Flute (101p). It lasted here until 1946 when it was again moved by Balcom and Vaughan to the Maple Leaf Tavern in Renton, WA, after being enlarged to 3-manuals. In 1947, Balcom and Vaughan moved it again to the Greenlake area Seattle home of Howard Burr. It grew there to be 3/14. In 1997, it was purchased by the Everett Theatre Society and refurbished and installed at the Everett Theatre as a 3/16 largely by volunteer efforts. -Database Manager
