2008-09-26 - Identified through information from Vance Fisher: "The organ was designed and built by the C. V. Barden Company of Kalamazoo (Michigan). It is an organ built on the unit principle which allows the utmost in flexibility. The specification is basically Romantic. "The organ has seven manual ranks and one independent pedal rank. This is drawn out into a unified specification resulting in 31 stops. The chest action is direct electric with only the pedal valves longer than one inch being operated electro-pneumatically. "The 2 flutes, the salicional, and the celeste are from an Estey organ built in 1908. The diapason is from a Bennett organ - age unknown. The new reed, which starts at sixteen feet and runs 85 pipes up the scale, was voiced and built by The Organ Supply company. The Nazard is the only mutation stop and is also new. The pedal bourdon is from an old Estey organ. The console is new." -Database Manager
