2008-09-27 - Identified through information posted to PIPORG-L by jch: "For sale, beautifully maintained 2/8 Wicks Theatre Pipe Organ. Built circa 1959 w/plug-in connections for easy disassemble. Has 12 key transposer and it's electro-mechanical in excellent working condition. Mitered pipes allow for placement in a room with 8' high ceiling. See through glass swell shades permit maximum viewing of toy counter and other instruments in pipe chamber. Built as a traveling organ, it was first shown at NAMM 1959-1960, at the Palmer House in Chicago and played by Kay McAbee. Later, prior to its present location, it was installed at Martinetti's Restaurant in Crystal Lake, IL." -Database Manager
