Notes

2008-11-23 - Identified through online information from Stephen Hall. -- The organ was built by the Schantz Organ Company of Orrivlle, Ohio. The New Bern church bought it from a church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2006 and installed it themselves under the direction of organist J.T. Ellenberger. Facade wood work came from another organ originally located in First Presbyterian church of Albemarle, NC. Facade pipes painted gold. Organ is in regular use for services, dedication recital held Nov 9, 2008. (information from church website and on-line article in New Bern "Sun Journal" dated Nov 7 2008) -Database Manager
