2009-06-05 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was a mechanical refurbishing of the existing 1898 Methuen Organ Co. instrument with tonal changes to four of the six Great stops, three of which were made from existing registers. In summer of 2005, the sagging tin facade pipes were removed by Andover and sent to pipemakers Jozff Lasota & Sons in Highmount, NY to be straightened, reinforced, and polished. The pipes were reinstalled with supplemental support racks and pipe hooks. -Database Manager
2023-08-09 - I visited and played the instrument today. Everything works, it's in beautiful condition. Most recent work 2012 by Andover. Norma Reich (spouse of Bob Reich, longtime president of Andover Organ Co company) was organist here (shared w Shirley MacKenzie) for over 30 years the organ has always been cared for. -Andrew Scanlon
