2020-04-27 - Organ in usable condition but it's condition has deteriorated significantly and is in need of dier restoration. Severe leaks and water damage as well as damaged pipes. Organ was tonally revised by Berkshire Organ Co. and little remains of the Casavany voicing. -Gavin Klein
