The wood panelling of the base of the existing organ shall remain.
The new façade pipes shall be installed on special sills with
tubing to be supplied by the Builders. Necessary modifications to
be made to the base of the case on each side, with new grilles
shall be supplied and installed by the Purchaser, at its expense,
as per our drawing D-6396 submitted.
