Notes

2012-10-16 - An original installation. Identified by Timothy E. Conyers, using information found in a Church historical booklet.

A historical booklet printed by the congregation has a photograph of a large organ facade. The instrument was located in the front center of the room. The booklet does not mention the organ, its builder or date of installation. I have not been able to locate further information. The building was enlarged and remodeled in about the late 1950's. It is assumed the organ was disposed of at that time. (Booklet in historical files of Union City Public Library). -Database Manager

2012-10-26 - Updated through online information from Timothy E. Conyers. -- UPDATE: The church was remodeled and enlarged in 1968. A history of the church completed in 1975, contains a photocopy of an original photograph of the organ. The photo is dated April 1968. This is the only known reference at this time. -Database Manager
