History:
                 The organ was built by Hillgreen-Lane Organ Company in 1907, with tubular-pneumatic action.
                 The action changed to electro-pneumatic in 1964.  I played the organ for a couple of years
                 when I was in my teens, and I seem to remember there was some additional unification in the 
                 Nazard or Flautino, but I cannot be sure.
