2012-12-31 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by William Dunklin, using information found in David Junchen "The Wurlitzer Pipe Organ, an Illustrated History". -- Style E X, 2 manuals, 7 ranks and percussions in 2 chambers. This organ replace the 1915 Estey opus 1378. In 1930, the Majestic Theatre was renamed Paramount Theatre and as of this writing is in operation. Status of the organ is unknown. It is rumored to have been "parted out." -Database Manager
