Notes

2013-06-07 - This is a rebuild of an existing organ. Identified by Jeff Scofield, using information found in Factory specifications. -- The contract was tonal changes and a new console to 1928 Moller Op. 5406. -Database Manager

2013-06-09 - Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -Database Manager

2018-04-16 - Updated by Steven Bartley, who maintains the organ.<br> The instrument, though not spectacular, does a good job in service playing. In the late 1990s, a 3 octave II rank cornet was added on a new wind chest; the 4' Schalmei was removed (stored) and replaced with a capped Faggot; and the Gt Mixture was reworked to speak at 2' pitch rather than the original 1' pitch. The instrument is installed against the rear wall of the balcony with chromatic manual chests placed end to end in side by side chambers. Having been rebuilt several times, the main chests are nearing the end of the serviceable life. As they are standard Moller design require much more space than needed. The 1979 tonal additions, to the Great, make tuning very difficult as the smaller ranks are buried inaccessibly. The room has a low ceiling, of hung plaster, with this and the carpet create a dry acoustic for the organ. -Database Manager
