2013-10-28 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by Richard C Greene, based on information found on the Internet. -- The Moline organ was built for Concordia Lutheran Church in Burlington, IA in 1889. In 1978 the church was demolished. in 1985, Hoenig Organ Co installed the organ at Sacred Heart. -Database Manager
2021-10-12 - From the *1986 OHS Handbook*: "Phillip F. Hoenig rebuilt the instrument in the Millersville, Pennsylvania, shop of J. R. McFarland & Co., and installed it at Sacred Heart Church, his home parish, in 1984. The work was primarily restorative, except for removal of the original TC Dulciana 8' and preparation for installation of a Mixture III. The Stopped Diapason Treble 8' has bored stoppers to the top. The casework is of cherry." -Paul R. Marchesano
