2014-07-29 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by Scot Huntington, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- This unit organ is installed free standing within an expression box, centered in the rear gallery of this A-frame building. The detached console faces the instrument with choir seating between. The small scale zinc basses of the Principal 8' form the façade, and the small scale wood basses of the Untersatz form the case sides. The remainder of the instrument is enclosed. -Database Manager
2016-05-16 - Updated through online information from Jim Thompson. -- According to a news article (http://patch.com/massachusetts/wayland/episcopal-church-close-due-declining-membership-0) this church had its final service June 28, 2015. The fate of the instrument is unknown. -Database Manager
2023-03-28 - The church was purchased by an Orthodox congregation who had no use for the organ. It was sold to a church on Long Island, where it was installed by Joseph Sloane Pipe Organs of Milton, Mass. The organ was moved and reinstalled without alteration. -Scot Huntington
