2014-08-28 - Altered and relocated existing organ. Identified by Shawn P. Keith, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- Original Schaefer instrument built in 1929 for an unknown institution. Rebuilt in 1969 by an unknown builder (possibly Verlinden). Relocated in 1989 to St. Francis Borgia Roman Catholic Church, Cedarburg WI with heavy alterations. Replaced by Schantz Organ Company, Opus 2245, in 2004. Completely reconditioned and reconfigured, with new console and casework, for St. John Lutheran in Cheboygan in 2005. -Database Manager
