2014-09-28 - This entry describes alterations to an existing organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- This was the conversion of the relay and combination action to Peterson solid state. The relay has a preparation for a real 8' Oboe to be added rather than the derived/synthetic original. The console stop rail was new at the time of the conversion. -Database Manager

The pipes are in five flats which are arranged: 12 – 9 – 19 – 9 – 12, and are distinguished from one another by the heights and diameters of the pipes. The organ was ordered through Sherman Clay & Co. The only unenclosed pipes are the Great 8' First Open Diapason and the bottom 12 pipes of the 16' Bourdon. A Peterson relay and combination action were installed in the 1980's by Harold B. Curryer of Spokane, WA. The console stop rail was new at that time. The Swell and Great divisional pistons actually function as general pistons, and Great piston number 5 is acting as the general cancel.
