2015-02-21 - This is a rebuild of an existing organ. Identified by Don Hurd, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- The church was severely damaged in a wind storm that blew the steeple through the roof, balcony, main floor, basement, coming to rest, upside down, in the sub-basement! (1990's) The organ was carefully removed and stored before the historic building was demolished. The storage facility caught fire and the what didn't burn, melted from the heat. Console was not to be salvaged, but the pipes were to be reworked into a new instrument in their new church building, not at the same location. The console was sold in a recycle store in Cincinnati. I saved the nameplate and one pipe. (MW Lively Cincinnati 1982) -Database Manager
