2015-03-29 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by John Speller, using information found in Rhamanthus Menville Stocker, History of the First Presbyterian Society of Honesdale (Honesdale, 1906), p. 312. -- Although Stocker's book is devoted to the history of the Presbyterian Church in Honesdale he mentions in passing that "Orlando Weed built the first pipe organ for the Episcopal Church in Alanson Blood's cabinet shop in 1846." -Database Manager
