2015-03-29 - Identified through online information from Dan Spies. -- This is a relocated organ, with minor mechanical alterations. The organ was removed and re-installed by members of Northminster Presbyterian Church, North Canton, OH. The Moller remains intact with only the pneumatic switching system of the unit flute and offset pipes being replaced by solid state. The organ contains 5 ranks: wooden Gedeckt, 97 pipes; Open Diapason, 85 pipes; Viole, 73 pipes; Viole Celeste, 61 pipes; and Oboe (factory replacement for the original Trompette), 73 pipes. The Trompette was replaced by an earlier flap-capped Gottfried Oboe by the factory as the Trompette was deemed to be too aggressive for the Christian Scientist service style. The reservoirs, shade pneumatics, winkers and tremolo were re-leathered at the time of the move. As of March 2015 the main chest and unit flute chest are playing on original leather. The main chest is a 4 rank pitman chest with Great primary on the front and Swell primary on the rear chest rails. The Trumpet is duplexed at 8' & 4' on the Swell with the Diapason being duplexed at 8' & 4' on the Great. The only stop available in the Pedal is the unit Gedeckt at 16', 8', and 4'. This is a factory original Moller with duplex action still functioning without error or failure. The Oboe was restored by Oyster Pipeworks ~ Louisville, Ohio. -- 2 manuals, single chamber, 5 ranks -Database Manager
