Notes

2015-05-30 - This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by James R. Stettner, based on personal knowledge of the organ. -- The organ was damaged by fire in 1989. It was rebuilt and fully usable, but when I documented it in May of 1990 - it was for sale and was being replaced by a new hybrid with 16 new ranks of pipes. The disposition of the Balcom and Vaughan is not presently known. -Database Manager

NOTES
The organ is installed across a ledge at the front of the room. The 8' Principal has
flamed copper basses. It was damaged by fire in 1989, and was rebuilt.

The Great 8' Dolcan and Dolcan Celeste are enclosed with the Swell. The 8' Dolcan
borrows its bottom octave from the 8' Rohr Flöte.

In 1990 the organ was placed for sale and was to be replaced by a new 3-manual Rodgers
with 16 new ranks of pipes. The subsequent disposition of the Balcom and Vaughan is not
presently known.
