2008-02-08 - Updated through on-line information from Donn Blomerth. -- This Morey Opus 190 organ was removed from the Waterville, Maine Masonic Temple over 20 years ago when the Temple was relocated. It had been in two different storage barns before August 2007, when I moved the remnants to Embden, Maine. The organ is to be sold on eBay for parts or restoration -Database Manager
2008-02-19 - Updated through on-line information from Stephen Best. -- Clarence Morey's opus 190 dates from 1901. The Morey company as a sole proprietorship did not exist in 1896. At that time it Morey was involved with Albert L. Barnes in the Morey & Barnes Organ Company. The first organ built by Morey after the dissolution of that partnership was opus 169, built in 1898. -Database Manager
2012-06-17 - Updated through online information from Steven W. Bucknam. -- Unfortunately this fine instrument was put into storage in a barn and was consequently ruined. It was dismantled and junked. I was a Grand Lodge officer at the time the organ was moved, and a piano / organ technician. -Database Manager
