Notes

2018-03-20 - The contract was for a new console for 3/26 Aeolian-Skinner Op. 402-A; the church closed in 2005. -Database Manager

2024-07-05 - Updated through online information from Steven C. Eisenhart (July 4, 2024): A Schantz console replaced the original Skinner console. (On-line sources indicate the original console went to St. Peter's Episcopal in the Germantown section of Philadelphia to be used with Skinner Opus 407.) No other alterations were made to any part of the existing instrument at the time or since. Transfiguration Lutheran merged with Emmanuel Lutheran (150 N. Hanover St., Pottstown, PA) in 2005 and the building was sold to an African American congregation, Invictus Ministries. Invictus Ministries sold the building in 2024 to a developer who will convert the building into apartments. The console and all of the pipework was removed in August of 2024 and it is currently being stored at Emmanuel Lutheran, Pottstown. Some of the pipework will made available for sale; the console is slated for future use in a local Lutheran church. -Jim Stettner
