2021-10-12 - Identified from online information from Jayson R. Engquist. -- I just found out that (circa 1974) the old Aeolian at Severance mansion (called “Cedarhurst”) in Cottage Grove, MN. was removed and a Wurlitzer (from a theater in Illinois) was installed in its place in the ballroom. Still extant. NEWS: a contractor has purchased the Severance estate (including about 500 acres surrounding the mansion) and will be building condos (an association) over the next few years. The mansion (Cedarhurst) will be retained including Wurlitzer organ. -Jim Stettner
2021-10-12 - The organ was installed by Terry Kleven with the additions of an electronic string bass and a grand piano. -Jim Stettner
2021-10-22 - Updated throguh online information from Jayson R. Engquist. -- Seems it was only at Cedarhurst for about 10-12 years before a move to Schenectady, NY. -Jim Stettner
