2022-09-29 - The Bell Memorial Chapel was located at the corner of Clinton and Hillside (9W) Avenues and surrounded by a picket fence. In front there is a tall bell tower and the chapel is behind; both are built of Indiana limestone. -- New York Heritage Digital Collections website It was demolished in 1953 with the expansionof the New York State Thruway and the Tappan Zee Bridge. -Paul R.
