Notes

2024-08-13 - Updated through online information from Andrew Henderson (August 13, 2024): From the Democrat & Chronicle (April 8, 1898): “A movement is on foot at the Presbyterian Church in Seneca Falls for the purpose of purchasing a new pipe organ for the church. The organ at present in use, was out in service in the year 1860 at a cost of about $1,400. Since that time it has been in constant use … the organ is in far condition, but nearly half a century behind the times compared with the modern pipe organ. It is proposed to replace it with a strictly modern instrument, of very much larger capacity.” -Andrew Henderson
