NOTES
This organ was originally built for the Masonic Temple in Hartford, CT. When
that facility closed and was sold in 1982, First Lutheran Church bought the
organ on March 15, 1982. It was installed by parishioners under the guidance
of Thad H.H. Outerbridge of Beverly, MA., and first heard for the first time
on Palm Sunday – April 4, 1982.

The organ is free-standing and encased with a 7-sectional facade containing
55 stenciled pipes arranged: 6-6-4-23-4-6-6 with the outer two 6's being flats
at the side of the case, and the next two 6's being round towers. The keydesk
is attached and projecting with a lid that lifts to form a music rack. Stops
are as drawknobs in terraced jambs.

The congregation is merging with another congregation and both the church and
the organ are for sale.
