2006-12-27 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was a 'new" organ created from a 2-man., 6-rank Marr & Colton theatre organ originally built for the Coquille Theatre in Coquille, Oregon. The chest holding the Open Diapason, Salicional, and Dulciana is original Marr & Colton. The Oboe "chest" is a converted percussion action. The M & C console went to Olympia, and the rest was placed in storage. The organ was later moved to the new edifice and enlarged. -Database Manager

Most of the original pipes were used. The chest holding the Open Diapason, Salicional, and Dulciana is original. The Oboe is on a converted percussion action. The console went to Olympia, WA., and the remainder was placed in storage. The exact nomenclature of stops and controls is not verifiable since the 1937 console is no longer extant. In 1967, Northwest Organ Service (Richard Warburton) of Seattle moved the organ to its new location, added a new Melodia unit on a new chest, and add a used, refurbished console.
