Notes

2006-12-27 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the relocating of the church's existing 1937 instrument to their new building. A new Melodia was added to the Great on a new chest. The console seems to have been a used, refurbished console replacing whatever Balcom and Vaughan had installed in 1937. -Database Manager

2012-03-08 - Updated through online information from Jesse Zylstra. -- The only changes in updating this entry are in the condition of the instrument: The organ is frequently used but needs attention. Multiple stops have a major delay issue, once changed, it takes the relay about 5-10 seconds to switch the stops on. This organ is not very tonally impressive from the loft that it is played from. Sadly, this instrument is going to be replaced by a digital instrument in the near future. -Database Manager

NOTES
This instrument was created from a II-manual, 6-rank, 1923 Marr & Colton theatre organ
originally built for the Coquille Theatre in Coquille, OR. Most of the original pipes
were used. The chest holding the Open Diapason, Salicional, and Dulciana is original.
The Oboe is on a converted percussion action. The console went to Olympia, WA., and the
remainder was placed in storage.

The 1967 work done by Northwest Organ Service (Richard Warburton) of Seattle consisted
of moving the organ to its new location, adding a new Melodia unit on a new chest, and
adding a used, refurbished console.
